DESCRIPTION:この夏のCRSギャラリーでは、2016年11月にフランスからブルックリンに活動拠点を移したばかりのアーティスト、Philippe Halaburdaの抽象画展「Imaginary mindscapes」を7月13日から9月13日まで開催します。\n今回の展示は、Philippeのニューヨークで初めてのソロショーとなります。彼が探求してきたテーマ「人類と環境に関わる無意識の情緒的景観」をご紹介します。 \nアーティストステイトメント：\nPhilippe Halaburda is a multidisciplinary artist who engages with the urban surroundings environment and emotions\, feelings or memories from his direct experiences mainly though colors.\nHis work delves into the complex undercurrents of intimate and collective relationships. Paintings\, abstracted photos and digital artworks try to address broader the emotional structures within ourselves in the attempt to examine our world.\nHe is interested in the randomness of cities and their relationship to human experience by creating a new language.\nHe keeps focusing on the quest of his own unlimited and unconscious psychological territories. Visit www.halaburda.com the different medium of his artworld. \n経歴：\nPhilippe Halaburda was born in France in 1972. He received his Diploma in 1995\, Superior Degree Graphic Art School from the EDTA Sornas School\, Paris.\nHaving lived and exhibited from Paris (France) to Zurich and Berne (Switzerland)\, Philippe Halaburda has spent 15 years in Aix-en-Provence developing his graphic art director activity as his personal artist career.\nHalaburda’s paintings and drawings have been exhibited throughout the US\, in Canada\, Europe (France\, Italy\, Spain\, Ger- many\, Austria\, Belgium) and Australia.\nHe was a guest resident of the Villa Baulieu Workshop in Aix-en-Provence between 2008. His work is in the collection of many corporate and non-profit institutions including the Radar (Bayeux\, France)\, Draguignan permanent Art Collection (Draguignan\, France) and the Villa Baulieu Art Collection (Aix-en-Provence\, France). His work is in private collections in the United States\, France\, Belgium\, Spain\, Italy\, Switzerland\, Canada\, The Netherlands and China.\nHis work attempts to reflect the ongoing exploration of the abstract in human nature\, moving between the accidental and the consciously structured\, juxtaposing spontaneous or geometric forms.\nHe strives for a sense of order with feelings and emotions. One layer influences the next\, one color brings the next\, one shape creates the next. An ambiguous notion may often appear in the work\, leaving the viewer to be engaged in the decoding the meaning of the work.\nHe’s now represented by several galleries in the USA and France.\nPhilippe Halaburda lives in Williamsburg\, Brooklyn and works in the artists community of Bushwick at 56 Bogart Street\, Brooklyn USA.
