DESCRIPTION:CRSギャラリーでは、写真家として活動する yukko＊による個展「ラブ・プラネット – 植物の愛を世界中に届けよう」を7月7日より8月30日まで開催いたします。yukko＊が撮影してきた様々な植物の写真をご紹介します。 \nオープニング・レセプションは7月7日（土）5時より7時。ライブミュージックも行います。予約不要、入場無料です。皆様のご参加をお待ちしています。 \n写真家yukko＊が、植物の深い慈愛と優しさを世界に伝えるために始めた「ラブ・プラネット・プロジェクト」。\nこのプロジェクトは、yukko＊が撮影してきた様々な植物の写真をポストカードにして人から人への数珠つなぎで送っていくことにより、植物の愛をペイ・フォワードの形で世界中に届けようというもの。\n本写真展では、ポストカードに使用された１６種類の写真を中心に、yukko＊の映しだす植物の写真のオリジナルプリントの他、ポスター、実際のポストカードなどを展示する。すべての写真はフイルムで撮影され、コンピューターによる加工は行われていない。\nラブ・プラネットURL: yukko-web.net/love-planet-project/jp \nアーティスト・ステートメント\n私yukko＊は、幼少の頃からいつも身近に植物を感じていました。\nそのことを特に自覚しているわけではありませんでしたが、ふとしたきっかけで写真を撮り始めるうち、いつしか被写体は自然に植物たち中心になっていきました。植物を撮り続けるうちに、その愛と優しさに満ちた存在を深く感じ、植物たちの愛を写真という「光」で映し出したいと思い始めた私は「あなた（植物）の愛を必要なところへ届けさせてください」という祈りとともに写真を撮るようになりました。\n写真展で、鑑賞者が涙を流す場面に何度も遭遇することにより、その愛の波動が写真から人に伝わることを確信した私は、写真という媒体を使って世界に愛を届けるべくニューヨークCRSでの個展を皮切りに「ラブ・プラネット・プロジェクト」をスタートさせ、世界中に植物の愛を届ける活動を続けています。 \n経歴\n札幌市出身。札幌オリンピックをきっかけに幼少の頃から異文化に興味を持ち、ロンドン大学キングスカレッジに進学。北海道庁で通訳の仕事に就く。８年の通訳者としての経験を通じ、考え方や文化の多様性に触れると同時に日本人独自の精神性についてあらためて気づくようになる。転勤により観光担当になり仕事の一環で写真を撮り始めるうちに写真の魅力に目覚め、さらに写真を撮り重ねるうちに「写真は心を写す」ことを感じていく。\nその後鬱を経験し多くの気づきを得たのち結婚を機に退職、関西在住となり写真家としての活動を始める。\n全国各地で写真展及び写真教室を開催する他、ポートレイト撮影を行っている。ファッションコンサルタント、シンガーでもあり、魂の輝きをサポートする総合アーティストとして活動している。URL: www.yukko-web.net

DESCRIPTION:Yamuna Body Rolling Intensive Course with Elizabeth Demmel\nJuly 27 – August 6\, 2018 (except July 30) from 10 am – 4 pm\nThis training covers Phase 1\, Phase 2A\, Phase 2B. \nAnyone who has had some experience with YBR®\, wishes to go deeper into their own self-evaluation and possibly become a certified practitioner is welcome to enroll in the Phase 1 part of our certification program. To progress into the second phase of the program an application must be submitted. \nThe YBR® Certification program encompasses 66 class hours divided into two phases. All classes are accredited by: NCBTMB\, Florida State Continuing Education\, NATA\,PMA\, Yoga Alliance and the College of Massage Therapists of British Colombia. \nNote: You are not certified to teach after completing Phase 1. \nExperiential anatomy lessons are the core of the YBR® curricula. This provides students with the foundation needed to develop confident therapeutic skills. We start you at the beginning feeling your own muscles from origin to insertion. Knowing how to find and feel your own muscles are crucial to problem solving and helping others to heal themselves. Teaching skills are gradually integrated with ongoing study and practice of YBR routines so that students get YBR into their own bodies and they empower their own students and clients to become fixers of their own bodies. \nEarly registration discounts of $75 when the full tuition fee is paid 6 weeks in advance of a training (USA only). She studied YBL with Yamuna when Yamuna was still living in Spain back in the early 90’s. She’s considered a senior practitioner and has been doing this full time ever since. She was the first to introduce YBL and YBR to FL. Elizabeth is a body artist. She molds the pliable clay of tissue\, chiseling the holding patterns in the body; so it can once again become supple and alive!\nShe is passionate about teaching and sharing this work around the world. “The wonderful thing about this work is that its allowed me to reinvent myself depending on the economy.
