\nThe brain is a thinking machine. We know how difficult it is to stop the brain from thinking during meditation. If you keep thinking during meditation, you get bored too easily. But wait a second! We have all had moments when you stop thinking and just feel: \u00a0the sensation when your heart is filled with love for your children, friends, pets or with a rapture of joy and inspiration by beauty, nature or art & music. That moment, the heart is no longer under control of the brain. The brain is under control of the heart. When you stop thinking and just feel, you can never get bored because it’s all joy. All the thought and reasoning from the brain is based on polarity: good\/bad, male\/female. When the brain thinks happiness, it recognizes there is unhappiness but when you feel love in your heart, it is oneness & unity. Now you can start to see how important your heart is…. With ATIH workshop, you can experience love by entering the “Sacred Space of Heart” and the “Tiny Space of Heart.” Sacred Space of the Heart is not a new thing. It was described in several writings such as the Upanishads. You will learn an easy and simple way to attain this state through the ATIH workshop. The goal of this workshop is to activate your “Merkaba.” Merkaba is human light body and it is a powerful energy field. Once it’s activated, it is a door to connect to higher dimension of consciousness, opening up an enhanced and deeper life experience!
\nDate: The Workshop needs at least 5 – 6 people because we have a session called rebirth session. When the number of people who want to take the workshop reaches 5, we will contact you and reschedule the date. \u00a0For ease of attending the workshop without taking any days off from work, the 4-day workshop is divided by 2 (2 weekends). However, one of the sessions must be done the following day, so we will meet on Friday as well.\u00a0
\nTime: 10 am – 6pm includes one-hour lunch time. We will have a 15 minute break in the morning and in the afternoon.\u00a0
