Sita Mani will be offering a ten-week\u00a0Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement workshop at CRS on Tuesdays from 10:30 – 11:30 am starting June 12. Space is limited and the workshop will likely fill up.
\nATM lessons consist of gentle verbally guided movement sequences, each organized around a different theme. Awareness Through Movement directly engages your natural intelligence, while creating the conditions for effective learning. ATM lessons are accessible to everyone and the results can be extraordinary. They offer a variety of movement situations, addressing joints, muscles groups and all areas of the body, as well as a wide range of human function.
