CRS Yoga Instructor Yuki Hasegawa is the only NYC instructor of the ancient yoga developed and practiced by the monks of the mountains of Thailand. 115 poses, originally designed by the monks to prepare them for the strenuous hermetic mountain lifestyle and recover from sickness and injury, have now been offically approved by the Thai government for practice today. The practice is now popular in Thailand and Japan but very new to the US.
