\nSHODEN\u00a0means “first or beginning teaching” The focus in the Shoden Degree is self-healing, health, and happiness. Students gain a knowledge of Reiki Ryoho,
\nits history and learn the fundamentals of the hands-on healing practice.\u00a0Emphasis is placed on learning non-attachment through hands-on practice, and self-healing, self improvement methods. Class is taught over one or two days(at teacher’s discretion) and four Reiju (Attunements) are given.
