CRS (Center for Remembering & Sharing) is proud to be a venue for\u00a0the 2016 SR Socially Relevant (TM) Film Festival New York<\/a>\u00a0screenings of\u00a0Short Block IV:\u00a0Social Media (\u201cCinematheque,\u201d \u201cGen A,\u201d \u201cA Social Life,\u201d \u201cDeconstructing Facebook\u201d). The screenings will take place on Sunday, March 20, 2016 at 12 pm and will be followed by a Q&A\u00a0on Social Media with participating filmmakers. Tickets are $10 and are available online<\/a> and at the door.
\nNow in its third year, the\u00a0SR Socially Relevant (TM) Film Festival New York is a film festival that focuses on socially relevant film content, dealing with human interest stories that raise awareness to social problems and might offer positive solutions through the powerful medium of cinema. SR(TM) believes that through raised awareness, expanded knowledge about diverse cultures, and the human condition as a whole, it is possible to create a better world free of violence, hate and crime.
