The month of October inspires us to take action and bring balance in our lives by connecting to our emotions. Using the creative healing energies of the Waxing Moon on the day of the workshop, we will set positive intentions for change.<\/p>\n
The evening will start with a free form expression dance to connect with our body and move stagnant emotional energy. We will then lay down in Savasana to tune in with our breath and a sound meditation to amplify our intentions using sacred instruments like a Himalayan singing bowls, a gong, drums, and chimes.<\/p>\n
Please dress comfortably and bring the following:
\n-water bottle
\n-pen and notepad
\n-a crystal for the Heart Chakra like Malachite, Lepidolite, Moonstone, Rose Quartz.<\/p>\n
