Sufi ダンスやSemaとして知られる、伝統的な瞑想的旋回の実践を学びましょう。ここでは旋回の技術を学びますが、Semaは特定の形式や美学をなぞるものではなく、むしろ内的な旅の手段とし使われる技術です。Semaとは精神的なリスニングを意味します。私たちは一体となって、本当の自分自身に対して安全に耳を傾け、神との一体性を経験する神聖な空間を創出します。 それぞれのクラスは理論の説明と技術、練習、旋回の実践、そして体験し感じたことの共有と議論で構成されてます。 くるくると回り始めると、めまいがしたりバランスを崩すかもしれませんが、自分自身を信頼し、旋回を続ける中で、その中心にある心の静けさに気づくと共に、計り知れない大きなエネルギーに包まれ、繋がっている感覚を実感できるでしょう。 動きやすい服装 (白・グレー・黒が望ましい色です。光沢のある素材は避けてください。）でご参加ください。スカートや、ソールの柔らかいシューズ（靴下も可）をお持ちの方はご持参ください。参加前の2時間はお食事は避けてください。 参加費は、前日まで$20、当日支払いは$25です。 About Sufi Dance Instructor Paola García Sufi Dance artist Rana Gorgani awarded Paola the International Sufi Dance Certification Of Cid UNESCO, granting her authority to teach Gorgani’s method of Sufi dance training.
