Part 1 from 4 – 6 pm: The Perfect Family (Not!)
CRS invites you and your family to join us for an afternoon of meditation and healing devoted to re-discovering the Perfect Parent and Perfect Child within each of us. Sivananda Yoga Instructor Kevin Hari Dahan will begin the program with a short series of breathing and balancing exercises to prepare our minds and bodies for what follows: a guided meditation by CRS Founder Yasuko Kasaki and an introduction to spiritual reading. CRS ACIM for Parents instructors Naoko Ono and Shiho Kamada, with assistance from the other CRS Healers, will lead us through an experience of spiritual reading and explain how we can use this practice to keep our minds grounded and peaceful in even the most trying family situation.
The foundation of the meditation and healing disciplines that we practice at CRS is A Course in Miracles (ACIM). ACIM is a non-religious spiritual study program that uses meditation exercises to help you to remember the limitless power of your mind and experience more peace, joy, love and expansion in your life.
Part 2 from 6:15 – 9 pm: Catered Reception
Can’t make it for the afternoon program but still want to celebrate? Come by afterward for a glass of wine, delicious food, and the good company of your CRS friends and family.
